Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe

Do you have zucchini coming out of your ears?  If you don't you probably know someone who'd love to give you some from their garden.  :)  I made this chocolate zucchini bread recipe and both the kids and the adults in our family love it.   I substituted half the amount of oil with applesauce and it turned out fabulous.  Very moist and less fatty. Yay!

  1. Also makes great muffins, cook those for about 22 minutes or until a tootpick comes out clean. :)
